Arsenal vs Everton 4th May 2008 – Premier League – Emirates Stadium This is our last home game of the season and I missed it because I somehow got mixed up with dates and booked flights to Edinburgh this weekend! Dick. Our line up was: Lukasz Fabianski (Jens Lehmann 70) William Gallas Gael Clichy Kolo Toure (Armand Traore 70) Emmanuel Eboue Alexandre Song Gilberto Denilson Theo Walcott Nicklas Bendtner Emmanuel Adebayor (Philippe Senderos 88) We won 1-0 with a Bendtner goal. The key thing was that Lehman came on as a late substitute in what was his last game for Arsenal. It makes me wonder how many other players in the squad have played their last match today also….. |
